Steven Arnold MD

Dr. Steven E. Arnold is a board certified Primary Care physician who specializes in Sports Medicine. Dr. Arnold completed his medical degree at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama. He then completed residency in Family Medicine at Ascension St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, Florida. He completed his Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Ascension St. Vincent’s in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Arnold was awarded the Family Medicine Resident Teaching Award, a testament to his commitment and passion for medical student and resident education. In fellowship he gave multiple lectures and case reports on sports medicine topics, including “My chest hurts: Pectoralis Major Tear in a 15 year old tennis athlete” which has been approved for publication in the journal of Current Sports Medicine Reports, as well as “Ultrasound Evaluation of the Anterior Hip and Iliopsoas Tendon” for the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Arnold’s areas of interest include ultrasound guided injections and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasonography. Dr. Arnold focuses on helping patients get back to full activity safely and quickly.

In his spare time Dr. Steven Arnold enjoys saltwater and freshwater fishing, cooking, running, and playing golf.
